Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the TakaBD Platform

1 Introduction & Acknowledgement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the takabd platform and the user. By accessing the platform through takabd's website, mobile app, or any other channel — or by creating an account — you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Takabd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page and communicated to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use takabd:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Users must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions when using the platform.
• You must register using your real identity. The use of a false name, fake address, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address are not permitted.
• If family members share the same device or network, please notify the support team in advance.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration remains accurate and up to date. If any details change, please update them in your account settings or notify support.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your takabd account. Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi networks.

You are accountable for all activity carried out from your account, unless it can be proven that the account was hacked or accessed without authorization.

4 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made on takabd:

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank account registered in your own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Maximum single deposit limits and daily deposit limits apply, depending on the user's account verification level.
• Funds deposited by a third party will be returned and the account will be placed under review.
• Playing with a credit card or borrowed money is contrary to our responsible gaming policy.

The amount displayed in the system at the time of deposit is final. If funds are deducted from your mobile banking but do not appear in your account, please contact support within 24 hours.

5 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

6 Bonus & Promotion Policy

• Each member may claim each promotion once, unless otherwise stated.
• Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses via VPN or proxy is not permitted.

Bonus abuse includes claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, employing risk-free betting strategies, or exploiting system vulnerabilities. All accounts found to be involved in such activity will be closed.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on takabd operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes cannot be predetermined by anyone — including takabd staff.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the bet will be refunded.
• Using automated bots or software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted as a written complaint to support within 72 hours.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the takabd platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Fraud via credit card or chargebacks.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or other forms of cyber attack.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
• Submitting a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Takabd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred.
• Upon detection of any prohibited activity.
• Upon refusal to complete identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Upon the user's own request to close the account.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn provided there are no active bonuses or pending investigations.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between takabd and a user, we first attempt to resolve it through our support channels. Dispute resolution steps:

• Step One: Submit a complaint via live chat or email to our support team.
• Step Two: If a satisfactory resolution is not provided by support, the matter will be escalated to management.
• Step Three: The matter may be referred to a mutually agreed-upon mediation body.
